MRT:
Moral Recognition Therapy is a program designed to systematically alter how clients think and make decisions. It combines cognitive and behavioral therapy approaches that respectively teach how certain thinking patterns cause symptoms and how to alter habitual reactions to troublesome situations. The class takes approximately sixteen weeks to complete. The classes are administered every Wednesday at 3:00pm or 5:30pm and every Thursday at 4:00pm or 5:30pm. The cost is $15.00 per class with a one-time book fee of $35.00.
