Clients must make their supervisor aware if they believe that they have been exposed to the virus, are experiencing symptoms, or if they have verification of a doctor's orders to self-quarantine.

Unless otherwise stated, clients are required to report in person on their scheduled report date at their scheduled report time. If you miss a report day, it is your responsibility to contact the front desk or your probation supervisor in order to reschedule. Furthermore, it is the responsibility of the client to keep all personal information up to date so that they can be contacted at any time, when deemed necessary by their probation supervisor.

Clean Start, Color Call, random drug testing

While we will follow all state and CDC guidelines, everyone required to call in for testing must continue to do so. If you are called to test, very specific rules will be noted. You can call your Probation Supervisor with questions or concerns at that time. Testing times are Monday-Friday 9:00-11:00 or 1:00-7:00, Saturday’s or holiday’s 3:00-5:00.

Reporting for the month

Reporting for Misdemeanors are Thursday’s 9:00-11:00 or 1:00-6:00, felonies are Tuesday’s 9:00-11:00 or 1:00- 6:00, Garvin and McClain counties report on Tuesdays 9:00-11:00 or 1:00-6:00. If you need to reschedule your report day, you must contact your probation supervisor for approval. Each office, has specific reporting times, please contact your reporting office for the exact reporting days and times.

Payments

Payments of probation fees may be made over the phone, in person, or online at: www.ocsinc.co. We accept everything but personal checks.


Oklahoma Court Services, Inc. (OCS) offers Oklahoma Municipal and District Courts programs and services to meet the needs of their defendants both before and after sentencing. We have programs for misdemeanants, felons, felons sentenced under Community Sentencing, Drug Court, as well as pre-trial services.
